Wild times in SLC
by catfishcatfish on 9-18-2008So SLC. Salt Lake City!!! That place is so wonderful. Great BMX scene. Great riding spots. Everything is top notch. We made quite the trip out of our little dew tour stop. Drew, B hunt, Monkey, Maddog, Aaron Johnson and i were all out there getting business done and we did. Everyone rode awesome! Hunt and Bezanson made it into the finals. Got a little NBC time as well. Congrats. We did everything a BMX rider needed to do when in Salt Lake city. We rode Matt Berringers house multiple times. We rode the Layton park. We rode street. We went rafting with the Ogio team. We had a night of go-cart fun courtesy of Fuzz and Eddie at 50/50. Thanks again guys. I got hooked up with Skullcandy. Thanks again Fuzz for that. So stoked. We actually fit 10 bikes and 9 people in a mini-van on the way to Matts. Got to make fun of Martinez and Wade. It was an all out great time for riding bikes. Anyway..people are freaking out in the airport about this whole AIG insurance deal. The Fed is buying them out..blah blah blah. I really don't care. I hate that stuff. A lot of the reasons I don't care can be found here.

I saw a UFO.
by catfishcatfish on 9-7-2008This is funny. I love BMX. I am so consumed with BMX and travel I have slacked on bringing this to the world. An event happened to me when I was in London earlier this year and it's something normal people would consider life changing. They would have had this on the internet the next day. I got grandpa grinds to be doing. Sorry for the delay. Regardless..this is 100% real. I filmed it and took the pictures. It took place in Hyde Park London, England during the 02 Music festival. I was there doing demos for Monster Energy. I saw an object in the sky zipping back and forth. Grabbed the camera and snapped the following gems. When I first saw the object it was zigging and zagging. I couldn't hear it because there was music playing. I started screaming for people to look at it and a bunch of people watched it with me. At the last minute I remembered that I had video on my camera and I filmed a few seconds and then you hear swear. I knew it was a UFO when I saw it. It changed shapes and was fast. You be the judge. Canada is radical
by catfishcatfish on 9-5-2008Just got back from a scary couple of days in Canada or as I like to call it "Americas hat". Went up there for MetroJam and the Toronto Summer Jam. Had a blast at both events. I even entered the Toronto contest and got 2nd place. Ronnie Naps was bummed that the old man beat him. Go grandpa go. I got a new tattoo. I lost a check for a grand AND my id. Shit wasn't good.
